THE HYBRID TRAINING MODEL

The most flexible and best results driven training process. Whether you’re in the office most days, travelling or you can’t afford 3 or 4 PT sessions a week.

We combine an initial assessment and advice to tailor a bespoke training solution to your needs. Using our app we can track your exercise levels, sleep, nutrition and weight automatically.

We also have the ability to build you a training program to implement outside of our training sessions, that has instructional videos for each exercise and a chat feature to message with any concerns or positive session feedback. We have a package to suit you!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with one of our expert coaches face to face.
We offer various sessions – our most popular format is 1-2-1 training, however, we offer group training, with groups of up to 3 people at a time.

Individual sessions can be purchased, however, we advise buying sessions in blocks of 10/20 as the most cost effective way to train.

REMOTE TRAINING

Whether you work from home 5 days a week, or simply want to get out and smash a session on your lunch break in the park – we have the solution for you.

Our coaches offer personal training sessions remotely via common platforms such as Zoom/FaceTime/WhatsApp allowing you to train in a way that fits around your day without causing disruption.

We also offer a mobile option dependent on post code.
